The Chicago Chimera's fight to make the playoffs continue Wednesday as they take on the top ranked franchise in the CGS, New York 3D. The last two times these two franchise met, New York edged out the Chicago Chimera by just one point. A win tonight by Chicago will move them one up on the Carolina Core and into sole position of the final playoff spot.

New York 3D continues to roll along as the number one team in the Championship Gaming Series picking up their ninth victory on Monday over the Core, and thus greatly helping the Chimera as well. So on Monday they helped with a win, on Wednesday they can help with a loss as the two franchises meet up for the final time in the regular season. Coolsvilla has been key for 3D lately picking up back to back shutouts against Phoenix and Mystik.

The Chimera are coming off their first multiple win streak after beating the Carolina Core and LA Complexity last week. Both Kasumi Chan and Black Mamba have picked up their play and will need to continue that. The CS:S team has played much stronger but could still use some more improvement. The Forza duo of JaSoN-X and Ch0mpr have also turned it around winning their last two matches by 5-2. Last but not least, Eafra continues to remain atop the FIFA rankings despite dropping his second game of the season last week to KreeganBG.
