As the new CGS Season is finally upon us, the Chicago Chimera are pleased to bring you our next Q&A with none other than co-MVP for the 2007 CGS Region 1 season, Wesley "Ch0mpr" Cwiklo.

Hey Wes, how are things going this summer? What have you been up to since December?
Pretty good, but I'm definitely ready to go to LA. Since December I was in school for a while, but had to drop out because there's too much going on right now. So for the past few weeks all I've really been doing is playing Xbox and just hanging out... nothing too exciting haha.
How has the transition to Forza 2 been going?
It's been going good. It was a little rocky at first, but now everything is going as smooth as I think possible.
What is the biggest change(s) between Forza and PGR?
The list is pretty long, but in the simplest idea PGR is an arcade and FM2 is more of a simulator. So PGR is more fast-paced action and flair while FM2 is more technical and realistic. So the handling of the cars are different, the way they react to crashes is a lot different etc. You have to approach every situation differently pretty much.
Last season you and Jason were the undisputed kings of PGR3, how confident are you that you can repeat that with Forza?
I'm very confident that we will have a similar record to last year. While I doubt we'll be able to get the same point spread, I can still definitely see us with a similar win/loss record. We'll just have to wait and see how it pans out though :)
You've had a bit of a shaky start so far in the CGS training camp, is it something the devoted Chicago Chimera fans should be worried about?
Nope not at all. We were definitely doing some things wrong to start off, but we've focused on those things and now have figured it out. So don't be worried ;).
You currently are enrolled at the University of Santa Barbara, what are you studying there?
I'm not going here anymore, but when I go to community college next term I'll probably just focus on the general ed. classes.
What are you most looking forward to returning to LA for the CGS?
Seeing all my teammates and all the other people who are involved with the league. As well as just hanging out with everyone at the apartments. Should be a great time! Not to mention the actual competing part... that's my favorite for sure :).
t was your favorite moment outside of the CGS matches last year?
Its really hard to pick just one thing that we did because we did everything from play basketball and poker to swimming, going to the beach/movies and just hanging out in the apartments. Good times :).
Are we going to see the famous CHOMP again or will you be spicing it up a bit?
As ridiculous as it is, I'll probably just keep doing the chomp because it's sorta funny and I guess people like it :P
Alright, well best of luck in LA. Do you have any shoutouts?
Keep showing Chicago Chimera support all season! We need the fans help! :D
